Yes, the company you set up will become the ‘Appointed Representative’. The company will also be party to the contractual agreement with Thornbridge. The process to establish a UK company is relatively straightforward, and will also require registration of directors.

Setting up a company in the UK via Companies House is relatively straightforward and can be done quickly. The next stage in the process would be to register the company as an Appointed Representative. Thornbridge can provide further guidance around time scales according to your business plan.
